As part of its commitment to supporting cultural preservation and strengthening community unity, CSR PIK2 supported the 35th Teluknaga Tabuh Bedug Festival 2026 on Saturday, 30 May 2026. This annual event, which has become a cultural and religious icon of the Tangerang Regency community, was organized by Karang Taruna in collaboration with the DPK KNPI Teluknaga District. 
The festival was attended by the Governor of Banten, Andra Soni, S.M., M.AP, and the Regent of Tangerang, Drs. Moch. Maesyal Rasyid, M.Si, served as a platform for the community to express religious values, togetherness, and local wisdom through the art of Tabuh Bedug, a tradition that has been passed down through generations. 

Through CSR PIK2’s support, the event became more than just a competition. It also served as a gathering space that brought together community members, youth organizations, and various stakeholders in a shared effort to preserve and promote local culture amid ongoing modernization. “It is an honor for me to officially open the 35th Teluknaga District Tabuh Bedug Festival. I hope this event is successful, continues next year, and eventually becomes a national-level event,” said Governor of Banten, Andra Soni, S.M., M.AP. 
The event began with a festival parade departing from Tunas Jaya Square Teluknaga District in the afternoon, followed by the Grand Final of the Tabuh Bedug Competition in the evening, featuring participant groups from Teluknaga and surrounding areas. 
On the occasion, Tangerang Regent Moch. Maesyal Rasyid stated that the Tabuh Bedug Festival is one of the cultural heritages that the people of Teluknaga take great pride in and continue to preserve year after year. According to him, the festival demonstrates the strong spirit of unity, solidarity, and commitment among the community in maintaining local traditions. 

Through collaboration between the community, local government, and the support of CSR PIK2, the Tabuh Bedug Festival is expected to continue growing as a platform for cultural preservation while strengthening Teluknaga’s identity as a religious, harmonious, and culturally rich region. This support also reflects PIK2’s ongoing commitment to promoting social and cultural initiatives that create positive impacts for the surrounding communities.
