FIRST QUARTER CBDK MARKETING SALES REACHED 28% OF 2026 TARGET

Jakarta, April 29, 2026 – PT Bangun Kosambi Sukses Tbk (“CBDK”) is a real estate development company based in Tangerang area, Banten, with a total land bank area of 694 hectares. CBDK focuses on meeting property market demand within the integrated area by providing a strategically located central business district that caters to both local and international markets. With a long-term vision, CBDK is committed to delivering quality products and services, implementing the principles of Good Corporate Governance, and continuously creating added value for all stakeholders. CBDK believes that the sustainable development of the PIK2 area will serve as a strong foundation for the Company’s growth and its positive contribution to regional development.
CBDK recorded solid marketing sales performance in the first quarter of 2026, achieving 28% of its full year target and reflecting a constructive start to support performance throughout 2026. The result was primarily driven by healthy demand in the commercial land plot segment within the CBD PIK2, amid the early recovery in business players’ appetite to secure strategic locations to support expansion, business sustainability, and capture long-term growth opportunities.

CBDK believes the commercial land plots segment will remain the main performance driver this year, supported by the increasingly established position of the PIK2 CBD as a new business hub. Demand from business players for strategic locations with strong connectivity is expected to continue supporting this segment. Meanwhile, the residential product segment also showed a positive trend, supported by the increasingly mature and integrated development of the PIK2 area. Growth in supporting facilities, infrastructure, and rising economic activity within the area provide additional appeal for residential demand.
The commercial products segment continued to reflect a selective market approach in the first quarter of 2026. However, CBDK sees attractive recovery potential going forward, supported by growing business activity, rising visitor traffic, and the strengthening commercial ecosystem within the PIK2 area.
The prospects of the PIK2 area are further strengthened by the operation of the Nusantara International Convention Exhibition (NICE), one of the largest MICE centers in Indonesia. The presence of NICE is projected to be an important catalyst in driving higher visitor traffic, business activity, and area exposure. In addition, improved connectivity through the KATARAJA Toll Road further enhances accessibility to Soekarno-Hatta International Airport and the Greater Jakarta area.

Supported by a land bank of approximately 702 hectares, the continued development of its business district, and the increasingly strong contribution from recurring income assets, CBDK has significant capacity to expand business growth and create long-term value for shareholders.
The President Director of CBDK, Mr. Steven Kusumo, affirmed that the first quarter 2026 marketing sales achievement was dominated by sales of commercial land plots within the PIK2 CBD, which is emerging as a new business hub in North Jakarta. “The marketing sales achievement at the start of this year reflects our focus on optimizing the monetization of commercial land plots within the PIK2 CBD. We are seeing an early recovery in business players’ appetite to secure land in strategic locations as part of sustaining and expanding their operations going forward,” said Steven Kusumo.
Starting this year, he further added that the strengthening of recurring income streams will become one of CBDK’s key growth drivers going forward. “With NICE now operational as one of the largest MICE venues in Indonesia, we continue to encourage national and international MICE events to be held at NICE PIK2. We are also targeting Hilton Jakarta PIK2 to commence operations next year, allowing these two projects to become increasingly significant recurring revenue contributors for CBDK, while further enhancing the attractiveness of the PIK2 area as an international-scale business destination,” concluded Steven Kusumo.
