FIRST QUARTER PRE-SALES JUMPED 112%, PANI RECORDED IDR 987 BILLION IN SALES
Jakarta, 29 April 2026 – PT Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua Tbk (“PANI”) is one of the leading property developers located in the strategic Pantai Indah Kapuk 2 (PIK2) area, a large scale modern independent city stretching across the northern coastal area of Jakarta to Banten, supported by integrated connectivity to Soekarno-Hatta International Airport via the KATARAJA Toll Road.
PANI adopts a township development concept grounded in a dynamic and modern lifestyle philosophy while continuously innovating to respond to evolving market needs. As a property company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, PANI offers promising investment opportunities through its strong project portfolio and the rapid and adaptive growth of the PIK2 area. With its solid reputation and strong commitment to quality, PANI represents a compelling investment option with long-term economic potential for both domestic and international investors, including institutional and retail investors. PANI recorded marketing sales of IDR 987 billion in the first quarter of 2026, representing a significant 112% year-on-year increase, marking a strong start to the year amid global macroeconomic dynamics and rising geopolitical uncertainty. This achievement reflects resilient market demand, the effectiveness of PANI’s sales strategy, and provides a solid foundation to drive marketing sales performance throughout 2026.
Marketing sales growth was primarily supported by the very strong performance of the residential segment, reflecting robust market interest in premium residential products at PIK2. Meanwhile, sales of commercial land plots also recorded solid growth, driven by continued strong demand for the PIK2 CBD as a new business activity hub. This performance highlights the growing appeal of the PIK2 area as both a residential destination and an integrated commercial center. The residential segment’s contribution in the first quarter of 2026 came from various flagship projects, such as Pasir Putih Residence, Rumah Millenial, Permata Hijau Residence, Padma, Pantai Bukit Villa, and Bukit Nirmala, further strengthening PIK2’s position as a premium residential area with a livable and integrated environment.
The positive performance at the start of the year further reinforces PANI’s growth track record in recent years. Over the past five years, PANI has consistently recorded growth in marketing sales, reflecting the consistency of its PIK2 development strategy, the PANI’s strong execution across various market cycles, and its ability to sustain growth momentum amid changing market dynamics.
Looking ahead, the growth prospects of the PIK2 area are further strengthened by the operation of the Nusantara International Convention Exhibition (NICE), one of the largest MICE centers in Indonesia, which continues to drive higher visitor traffic, business activity, and area exposure. Meanwhile, the gradual opening of the KATARAJA Toll Road is enhancing direct connectivity to Soekarno-Hatta International Airport and central Jakarta. The combination of these two catalysts is expected to further strengthen traffic, economic activity, and property demand across the entire PIK2 ecosystem. With a land bank of approximately 1,825 hectares, a strong premium market positioning, and the advantage of being one of Indonesia’s unique large-scale modern coastal city developments, PANI is strategically positioned to continue creating long-term value for shareholders and all stakeholders.
The President Director of PANI, Mr. Sugianto Kusuma, views the achievement in the first quarter of 2026 as a sign that the development of the PIK2 area remains on the right track and increasingly demonstrates the area’s strong fundamentals as a large-scale modern self-sustaining city. “The marketing sales achievement at the start of this year reflects the market’s continued strong appreciation for the quality of our products and the development of the PIK2 area, particularly in the premium residential segment and strategic commercial areas. We see PIK2 continuing to grow as an integrated township with strong appeal to both end-users and investors, supported by an increasingly comprehensive ecosystem being developed gradually and sustainably.”
He further added that large scale area development requires a long-term vision, disciplined execution, and continuously improving infrastructure. “With a substantial land bank, stronger connectivity through the KATARAJA Toll Road, and the operation of NICE as an international scale MICE facility, we are optimistic that PIK2 will continue to grow as an integrated modern coastal city. We are preparing this area to become a new economic hub capable of creating long-term value for shareholders, business players, and the wider community.
