Thousands of participants filled the area of SPIKE AirDome PIK2 on Sunday, 19 April 2026, for the vibrant Hermina Run 2026. Held in celebration of the 41st anniversary of Hermina Hospitals, the event carried the theme “Hermina Connect,” bringing a strong sense of togetherness while promoting a healthy lifestyle from start to finish.
The enthusiasm was remarkable, with thousands of runners from various backgrounds in attendance including running communities, families, and healthcare professionals. Participants competed in several categories, ranging from the Family Run 2.5K, 5K, to 10K, taking routes across the Pantai Indah Kapuk 2 area, known for its modern infrastructure and iconic landscape.
The event became even more special with the flag-off of the 10K category by Dr. Yulisar Khiat, alongside the launch of two new features in the Halo Hermina application. These include an Emergency Button for quick medical assistance and the Hermina Digital Club, which offers daily health programs and educational content. These innovations reaffirm Hermina’s commitment to supporting public health in a comprehensive way.
Beyond the race, the atmosphere was further enlivened by a variety of entertainment, including live band and DJ performances, a Zumba session with Asri Welas, health talk shows, and the distribution of exciting prizes. The highlight of the celebration was marked by a traditional tumpeng cutting ceremony, symbolizing gratitude for Hermina’s 41 year journey.
Held at the futuristic SPIKE AirDome PIK2, spanning ±5,3 hectares and capable of accommodating up to 5,000 people, Hermina Run 2026 stands as proof that PIK2 continues to evolve, not only as a residential and business hub, but also as a destination for lifestyle, sports, and large-scale entertainment.
